Shipping Policy

Free Delivery Eligibility

If your order totals AED 2000 or more, and you are located within the city limits of Dubai, Abu Dhabi, or Sharjah, you qualify for free delivery.

Delivery Charges for Other Areas

For all other areas, as well as areas outside city limits (e.g. Al Ain, Western Region, Liwa, etc.), a nominal delivery fee applies.

All orders less than AED 2000 also carry a nominal delivery charge.

Furniture Stock and Shipping Timeline

Furniture items are stocked in our warehouse and ship within 7–8 business days, unless otherwise stated in the product description.

Delivery and Installation

Items are shipped via our own delivery teams directly to your door, unless otherwise advised. Our delivery teams assemble and install furniture for free; however, we encourage clients to provide guidance and monitor deliveries as much as possible.

In the case of an apartment building, please notify the delivery team in advance about the elevator size.

Once your order is ready for delivery, you will receive a phone call or text message to arrange the delivery time.
